1. Return Process
To start a return, you can contact us at Contact@roundretail.com or call us at +1 207-952-8612. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label. Download and print the label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Q. What’s your return process if I’m not happy with the product?
After receiving your package, you have 30 days to initiate the return process.
Here are your packing instructions:
Securely pack the items in a box.
Affix the mailing label squarely onto the address side of the parcel, covering up any previous delivery address and barcode without overlapping any adjacent side.
Use the address listed and affix the appropriate amount of postage.
Ship the package from your nearest post office or shipping company of your choice.
We will then be able to help you with the returns procedure and find an appropriate solution.
2. Exchanges
We only exchange products that are damaged, wrong product, wrong size, or defective. If you need to exchange an item please contact us at Contact@roundretail.com. with email object (Exchange Order Number).
Q. What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, sorry about that! Please contact us at Contact@roundretail.com, email subject (Wrong Product).
3. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Q. How long does it take to process a refund?
We will process the refund after receiving the product.

Any order that is discounted, on sale, on special offer, or bought with a discount cannot be refunded or returned.
Tips are 100% not refundable and in the case that your order qualifies for a refund, please note that the tip portion of your transaction is not refundable.
